The Peacock Arts Trail is a biennial, community-focused and artist led open studio event. The trail (not-for-profit) is centred in Corsham and runs for nine days, involving artists and makers in the surrounding towns and villages.
The Trail began in 2013 and has been steadily increasing in popularity with exhibitors and visitors. Over one hundred artists took part in 2019, either in their own studios and homes, in public buildings or as part of a larger art group or society. The trail is large enough to attract significant footfall (over 1,000 visitors recorded in Corsham town centre in 2017, 2019 and 2021), but small enough to feel personal and welcoming. The event also provides an excellent opportunity, through different practical activities, to demonstrate to the public the value and benefits of art in our lives.
To help us deliver The Peacock Arts Trail we are seeking sponsors and advertisers who, in generously helping support the event, will receive a significant amount of positive local publicity and an enhanced profile with the many people we expect to attend. It is a perfect opportunity to promote your business whilst at the same time championing local artists and contributing to Corsham’s creative community.
