Artist Statement:

I studied Fine Art Painting at Winchester School of Art when Gillian Ayres was head of painting. My work is inspired by nature - I love landscape, still life and the human form. The landscapes are a result of an extended stay on the Greek island of Naxos and explore light and colour. More recently I have been exploring working in a more abstract way. I paint in both oils and acrylics. My figure drawings are also in various mediums - pastel, ink and graphite. I welcome studio visits and commissions.
