EXHIBITOR 2023

Box Upholstery

Artform(s):

Furniture

Artist Statement:

My journey to becoming an upholsterer began at London Metropolitan University in 2012, where I studied upholstery for four years. I was awarded first prize by the Worshipful Company of Upholders in my second year and went on to gain a Diploma in Upholstery from the Association of Master Upholsterers & Soft Furnishers. I really enjoy taking on whatever project I’m approached to do, from traditionally reupholstering antiques to employing modern upholstery techniques on 20th century pieces.
